Until One Day
How do you say goodbye to someone who still holds a special place in your heart?
Some stories end with a clear decision, an argument, or one final conversation. Others simply seem to come to a standstill, without you ever really understanding when the goodbye began.
I have always tried to find solutions. Whenever things became difficult, I looked for a way to make them right. But over time, I had to acknowledge that not everything can be held together, no matter how much effort you put in or how good your intentions are.
Perhaps that was the hardest thing to accept.
Because how do you let someone go when, for you, the connection is still there? When the memories remain beautiful, and you cannot point to a single moment when everything between you went wrong?
I kept searching for answers, wondering what I could have done differently. But some questions have no answers that can change the past.
Jusqu’à un jour is about that unfinished goodbye.
About missing someone without knowing whether your paths will ever cross again. About memories that continue to hold their meaning, even when life takes a different direction.
And about slowly learning to accept that you cannot decide for yourself how a story will unfold.
It is not a final farewell.
But neither is it a promise that we will find each other again.
Perhaps it is simply…
